West Indies opener Evin Lewis faced a painful moment during his team's second ODI against Bangladesh, much to the delight of both his teammates and the opposition. While facing Bangladesh fast bowler Nahid Rana, a ball hit Lewis in his lower abdomen, causing the batsman to scream in pain. However, what followed was an amusing replay of Hawkeye technology showing how hard the ball had hit Lewis in that area. Lewis's partner Roston Chase as well as Nahid Rana laughed a lot at this incident.
Despite Lewis being in great pain, Hawkeye responded with a reply that showed how badly he was hurt. Roston Chase – sitting in the dressing room – was on the verge of tears in amusement.
Iconic commentator Ian Bishop responded cheekily.
“We haven't seen Hawkeye the whole time, and now they come up with this. I don't know why some people think it's funny!” Bishop shouted at the incident.

Roston Chase's amusement was caught on camera, to which Bishop said, “Ongoing commentary from Roston Chase!”
During this, Nahid Rana also shared laughter.
This setback did not stop Lewis, who hit Rana for a six over the midwicket region just three balls later.
Lewis missed the half-century, scoring 49 runs in 62 balls with the help of four sixes. His innings helped West Indies achieve the target of 228 runs easily.
The win helped West Indies win the ODI series with one game to spare and take an unassailable 2–0 lead in the series.
Inviting Bangladesh to bat, Jayden Seales was brilliant with the ball, taking four wickets as Bangladesh were bowled out for only 227 runs.
Brandon King top-scored with 82 off 76 balls, while forties from Lewis and Shai Hope ensured West Indies reached their target in just 36.5 overs.
