Mumbai: The Bombay High Court (HC) is likely to be filed on 31 January by Macrotech Developers Limited, led by Abhishek Lodha, who was led by Abhishek Lodha, who is the real estate firm of his younger brother Abhinandan Losha, House of Abhinandan Loda ( Hobel) was demanding prohibition against. However, on Tuesday, Justice Doctor's bench was unavailable and hence the matter could not be taken for hearing. It is now expected to be listed for hearing on 31 January.

Abhishek Lodh- Promoted Macrotech Developers Limited, earlier this month, filed a suit against Abhinandan Lodha's real estate firm, Hobel, claiming that the name 'Lodha' was their trademark and no one used it. Could have done. The suit demanded Rs 5,000 crore for loss from Hobel.

Macrotech filed an interim application, demanding a always prohibition against the defendants from violating their trademark “Lodha”.

Macrotech's suit indicates that it is a major real estate developer, a major Real Estate Developer, established in the early 1980s, offers properties under the 'Losha' brand. The company claimed ownership of 'Lodha' trademark and other related registered trademarks.

The terms of isolation were formalized in the 2017 family settlement agreement and a later agreement in 2023, under which the Abhinandan venture was named House of Abhinandan Lodha.

Macrotech, however, said that it was not part of the 2023 agreement and is not bound by its terms. The company said that it had never allowed the Abhinandan firm to use the trademark.
