Bombay HC is likely to hear 'Lodha' trademark dispute among brothers on 31 January

Abhishek Lodh- Promoted Macrotech Developers Limited, earlier this month, filed a suit against Abhinandan Lodha's real estate firm, Hobel, claiming that the name 'Lodha' was their trademark and no one used it. Could have done. The suit demanded Rs 5,000 crore for loss from Hobel.
