Another ragging case in Kerala, a student of class 11 broke his hand

A new case of ragging from Kerala has been reported


New Delhi:

Another incident of ragging from Kerala has been reported, barely 24 hours after five students of a nursing college of a nursing college in Kottayam on a terrible ragging case.

In the case which has just come to light, a Class 11 student faced fracture in his left hand.

Police said that they were brutally attacked by senior students not to “respect” them.

More information is awaited in the new case.

In the other ragging case at Kottayam Government Nursing College, a viral video showed senior students laughing and commenting to a junior student after trying to try a junior student in bed and put a heavy object on their genitals. They also pked her with a compass.

Five third year students were arrested yesterday. They will also be expelled, the college said. Junior students alleged that the sticky ragging was going on for about three months.

The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has sought a report from the state police within 10 days.
