"It's not happening..." - Jasprit Bumrah's disappointment captured on stump mic during the third Test against Australia

Indian cricket team fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah was heard complaining about the lack of swing on the first day of the third Test against Australia at the Gabba in Brisbane on Saturday. Due to rain, only 13.2 overs of play was possible in the first session of the match and it was cloudy. However, very little swing was offered to the fast bowlers and Bumrah was heard complaining about this on the stump mic. During the fifth over of the match, Bumrah tried to change his length to get more movement off the pitch. However, he realized there was no swing on offer.

,Can't swing, do it anywhere (No matter where you bowl, there is no swing)'', Bumrah's remarks were captured on the stump microphone as he returned to the bowling mark.

Indian captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and decided to bowl first in the third Test against Australia at the Gabba in Brisbane on Saturday.

The match will start in cloudy and humid conditions and there will be a threat of rain later, which may suit Indian leader Jasprit Bumrah.

The five-match series is tied at one win each after India won the first Test in Perth, before Australia bounced back to claim victory in Adelaide.

Australia made one change and included fast bowler Josh Hazlewood back in the team in place of Scott Boland due to side strain.

India has included spinner Ravindra Jadeja in the team in place of Ravichandran Ashwin, while Akash Deep has been included in the team in place of fast bowler Harshit Rana.

“It's a little cloudy and a little grassy and it's looking a little mild,” Sharma said. “We want to make the best of the circumstances.”

Australian captain Pat Cummins said that he too would have bowled first.

“We're really happy with last week, almost everyone got involved in the series – it's been a good boost (for Brisbane),” he said.

India: Yashasvi Jaiswal, KL Rahul, Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli, Rishabh Pant, Rohit Sharma (captain), Ravindra Jadeja, Nitish Kumar Reddy, Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj, Akash Deep.
