Mumbai: Sameer Khan, son-in-law of Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) Ajit Pawar faction leader Nawab Malik, died on Sunday. Nawab Malik shared this sad news on his official social media account. On September 17, Sameer Khan met with an accident and was admitted to the hospital in a critical condition. He died of injuries sustained in the accident on Sunday, the NCP leader said in a post shared on his official X account.
There are reports that an SUV hit Sameer Khan and crashed into the wall. It is being told that after the accident, Sameer Khan was trapped between the car and the wall. He was rescued and taken to hospital, however, he did not recover from his injuries and the news of his demise was shared by Nawab Malik today.
Nawab Malik said, “Inna lillahi wa inna ilahi rajiun. My son-in-law Sameer Khan has passed away. May Allah give him the highest place in heaven. As we mourn this loss, I am scheduling all the events for the next Am.” Have been postponed for two days. Thank you for your understanding, please keep him in your prayers.”
