Actor Dulquer Salmaan recently revealed that he was in 'pain' during the shooting of his upcoming film Lucky Baskar and had taken leave from work due to health issues. Amidst the promotions of the film releasing on October 31, the actor also revealed why he is doing less projects.

We (Lucky Baskar team) got delayed because of that. My producer, director and everyone was very supportive and once we were shooting and I was having some kind of pain, they said, 'Sir, we won't do this anymore. Come home and take some time off.' , We'll come back and shoot.”
Praising the makers of Lucky Bhaskar, the actor said, “A big set was built for Lucky Bhaskar. If I insisted on continuing shooting, they would say they didn't want to see me in pain. They were very supportive.” “
Director Venky Atluri also praised Dulquer for working long hours despite the physical stress. However, he said that the actor's health caused concern among the crew and he decided to stop shooting as he prioritized the project over money.
